PFC Casey Lawrence Henderson, 33, of the Camp Branch Community of Varnville, S.C., died Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Colleton Medical Center, Walterboro, S.C. Born June 1, 1987 in Beaufort, South Carolina, he was a son of Mr. Randolph Henderson and the late Mrs. Louverta Hills Henderson. At a young age, Casey became a baptized member of Harmonia Missionary Baptist Church, Varnville, S. C. where he was well known for his talents to sing and play the drums. He was a 2006 graduate of Wade Hampton High School, Varnville, South Carolina and a 2020 graduate of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy of Columbia, S.C. PFC Henderson was employed by the Hampton County Detention Center as a Transportation Officer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Louverta Henderson. To mourn his departure yet cherish loving memories are his children: Alishia Williams of Ridgeland, S.C., Ryan Henderson, Kayden Henderson, Camyiah Henderson, Jacarri Henderson, Jamari Henderson, and Honesty Henderson, all of Varnville, S.C.; His father, Randolph (Essie) Henderson of Estill, S.C.; His siblings: Randy Henderson of Savannah, Ga. and Makela Henderson of the home; Two god-daughters; Kaleisha Reid of the Camp Branch Community of Varnville, S.C. and Nayasia Armstrong of Rahway, N.J.; Two nieces: Nykeria Henderson of Charlotte, N.C. and Ziykila Henderson of the home; Four nephews: Petty Officer 1st Class Nasir Pringle of Chesapeake, Virginia, Justin Henderson and Zayvion Buckner, both of the home, and Leeshawn Williams of the Camp Branch Community of Varnville, S.C; One aunt, Linda M. (Arthur) Boone of Rahway, N. J.; a host of special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
