The Obituary

Ms. Louise Rachel Morris was born in Hampton County, South Carolina on November 4, 1938, to the late Mr. Calvin Morris & Mrs. Nora Davis Morris. She transitioned into eternal rest on Saturday, January 1, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. 

Until the decline of her health, Ms. Louse Morris cared for the Stanley & Freemans, whom she considered as her own family.

Preceding her in death was one son, Gregory Morris; her siblings: Edison Morris, JoPete Morris, Nathan Morris, Betty R. Smith, Wilheminia Wiggins, and Evelyn Morris; and the love of her life, Franklin Ruth, Sr.

She leaves behind to cherish loving memories two daughters, Patricia (Darryl) Comier and Penny Morris, both of Hampton, South Carolina; Her adopted daughter, Erica Warren of Varnville, South Carolina; a devoted niece/daughter, Mrs. Debbie (Taris Bey) Jenkins of Jacksonville, Florida; four grandchildren: Calvin L. Morris, Benjamin Holmes, III, Temple L. Comier, and Myracle Warren; two great grands: Christian J. Holmes of Tampa, Florida and Darius Jackson, Jr. of the home. One brother, George Morris of Estill, South Carolina; devoted friends: Janet Wiley, and Lacreshia Walker; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
