The Life and Legacy of Robert Lee Haynes
Robert Lee Haynes was born December 15, 1958 in Varnville, South Carolina to the late Eddie Haynes and Cora Lee Davis Haynes.  He departed this life Sunday, February 6, 2022 at his residence in Varnville.
 
Robert Lee was educated in the public schools of Hampton County, South Carolina.  At a young age, he became a baptized member of Antioch Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, Varnville, South Carolina.
 
He was previously employed by Bennie Green’s Construction Company as a brick mason.
 
To mourn his homegoing and cherish fond memories are his children: Marcus Haynes of Varnville, South Carolina and Ashley (Qwinten) Buckner of Varnville, South Carolina; His sisters: Ethel Priester and Nerva Edwards, both of Varnville, South Carolina; Reared like a brother, Willie Haynes of Varnville, South Carolina; a host of grandchildren; (1) Sister-in-law, Ida Haynes of Varnville, South Carolina; a devoted niece and caregiver, Magaline Riley of Varnville, South Carolina; a special niece Adrian Gantt; Other nieces, nephews, relatives and caring friends, which includes devoted friends, especially Rick Morris and Troy Smith, both of Varnville, South Carolina.
