The Obituary
Mr.Justin Michael Walker, affectionately known as “Pumba” to some and “Jut-Jut” to others, was born December 13, 1993 in Newberry, South Carolina to the union of Mr. Michael Lee Walker and Mrs. Michele Abbie Capers Walker. Justin entered into a peaceful rest at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina on December 13, 2023.
Excelling academically, Justin was educated in the public school systems of Newberry, SC and then Lexington, SC until the age of 13 when he transitioned to home schooling due to medical reasons. Upon graduating from home school, Justin was accepted into Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina where he received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration May 2016.
His favorite hobbies were reading, trying new foods, and playing computer games.

Special devoted friends: Ashley and Brian Ramsey, both of Columbia, SC and Chris Fletcher, Myrtle Beach, SC; A loving companion, Meghan Gardner, Columbia, SC; A host of loving cousins, other relatives, and friends. Family was very important to Justin and he will be dearly missed by those who loved him most. As we say our final goodbyes to Jut-Jut, let us remember the happy memories made despite his long battle with cancer. He will forever live on in our hearts as an adventurous, yet gentle-spirited soul.
