Ms. Lavern (Lavernee) Council, daughter of the late Mr. Clarence Ulysees Council, and Mrs. Mary Ann Robinson Council entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at MUSC Charleston, South Carolina following an extended illness.
