Mr. Edward Henry Robinson, son of the late Mr. Percy Robinson and Mrs. Mae Williams Robinson, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 while at PruittHealth-Walterboro, South Carolina. He was born August 17, 1932 in Walterboro, South Carolina.
Mr. Robinson, at an early age, joined Deep Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Islandton, South Carolina under the pastorate of the late Reverend Charlie Anderson. He attended faithfully until, as a result of declining health, he was no longer able to. He was a graduate of Ruffin High School, Ruffin, South Carolina. He enlisted in the United States Army, serving his country during the Korean Conflict. Upon completion of service, Mr. Edward Robinson was honorably discharged.
He was an avid gardener who loved planting vegetables which he generously gave to family, friends, and neighbors. His joy was telling jokes. He loved to see others laugh.
Preceding him in death are two siblings, Mrs. Owilender Robinson McQuire and Mr. Charles Robinson.

Youmans of Hampton, South Carolina, Ms. Oris Buckner of Islandton, South Carolina, Mrs. Doris (Harry) Mole of Islandton, South Carolina, Mrs. Margie (Deacon James) Fennell of Yemassee, South Carolina, Mrs. Ruthie Mae (Rossie Lee) Williams of Hampton, South Carolina, and Mrs. Barbara (Isaiah) Doctor of Varnville, South Carolina; (1) Sister-in-law, Ms. Ruth Robinson of Islandton, South Carolina; Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
