On Saturday morning, June 17, 2017, Mr. Ricky Wayne Sauls peacefully passed away at his residence in Brunson, South Carolina.  He was surrounded by family members and friends.  Ricky was born April 27, 1968 to the late Mr. Jake Sauls, Sr. and Mrs. Martha Cook Sauls.

He was educated in the public schools of Hampton County, South Carolina and had been gainfully employed by Collums Lumber, Allendale, South Carolina.

To cherish his memories are his children: Kayla Ayer (Travis) of Varnville, South Carolina, Megan Elizabeth Sauls of Scotia, South Carolina, Justin Wayne Sauls of Ridgeville, South Carolina, and Jacob Sauls of Walterboro, South Carolina; (3) Brothers: Jake Sauls, Jr. (Karen) of Brunson, South Carolina,  Eddie Sauls (Kimberly) of Gifford, South Carolina, and David Sauls (Rhonda) of Walterboro, South Carolina; (2) Sisters: Brenda Sauls of Lexington, South Carolina and Ann Elizabeth Graves (Alton) of Walterboro, South Carolina; (1) Uncle, Ed Sauls (Cherry) of Grays, South Carolina; (2) Grandchildren: Trenton Sauls and Trey Ayer, both of Varnville, South Carolina; (2) Reared as sons: Tyler and Dillon Martin of Brunson, South Carolina; A special friend and caregiver, Alice Martin of Brunson, South Carolina; Nieces and nephews: Shelby, Paige, Christopher, Sierra, Wayne, Kevin, Shawn, Alisha, James, Shemika, and Ryan; Other relatives and friends.
