Varnville, South Carolina - Ms. Sue Ellen Gunnels was born in Cordele, Georgia on May 28, 1961. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Bill Standridge and Mrs. Jewel Everrue Standridge. For many years, Ms. Sue Ellen Gunnells lived in Allendale, South Carolina. In 2012, she relocated to Varnville, South Carolina to live with her daughter and family.
On Tuesday, February 19, 2013, Sue departed from this earthly family to be with her Heavenly Father. Her love, laughter, and wisdom will be greatly missed by those who knew and cherished her.
She leaves loving memories to her husband, Mr. Rex Morris Gunnells of Allendale, South Carolina; (1) Daughter, Bonnie Sue Gunnells of Varnville, South Carolina; A special son-in-law, Corey Grant of Varnville, South Carolina; (1) Step-daughter, Brandi Inman of Nixville, South Carolina; (1) Granddaughter, Desiree Jewel Alexis Gunnells of Varnville, South Carolina; (4) Brothers: Michael Standridge of Winchester, Virginia, Billy Standridge of Ocala, Florida, Jerry Standridge of Allendale, South Carolina and Jeffrey Standridge of Ocala, Florida; (3) Sisters: Debbie Fail of Greenville, South Carolina, Marilyn Tamayo of Greenville, South Carolina and Marianne Standridge of Greenville, South Carolina; Loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends which includes her K-9 companion, MiMi.
