Mr. Thad Jack Harrison was born July 31, 1943 in Barnwell County, South Carolina.  He was a son of the late Mr. Roosevelt and Mrs. Frances Harrison.  Thad peacefully entered into eternal rest Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Aiken Regional Medical Center, Aiken, South Carolina. 

Thad became a baptized member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Blackville, South Carolina at an early age.  He was a faithful church member. 

He was educated in the Macedonia Public School System.  His employment included the former Green’s Funeral Home of Blackville, South Carolina, as well as after twenty-seven years employment, retiree of Dixie-Narco Company of Williston, South Carolina.   In his spare time, Thad enjoyed the company of his grandchildren, fishing, and cooking. 

Thad was preceded in death by one son, Damien Frazier; one sister, Sallie Harrison, and two brothers: McArthur Harrison and Roosevelt “Bozak” Harrison. 

He leaves to honor and cherish his memory:  His lovely wife, Lillie Bell Harrison of Blackville, South Carolina; two daughters: LaShanda (Eric) Dunbar and Brenda (Albert) Sept, both of Blackville, South Carolina; four sons: Ernest (Mary) Berry of Blackville, South Carolina, Leon (Bonita) Peeples of Columbia, South Carolina, Rickey Peeples of Blackville, South Carolina and Lewis (Veronica) Peeples of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters: Josephine Kimbrough of North Glenn, Colorado and Johnette Jones of Blackville, South Carolina; one brother, Thomas (Daisy) Harrison of North, South Carolina; thirteen grands; fifteen great grands; a god-daughter, Petrese Mills; a devoted friend, Ruth Tobin; nieces; nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
