Minister Arthur White entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 28, 2018 in the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, Charleston, South Carolina.  He was born January 13, 1951, the son of the late Deacon Allen White, Sr. and Mrs. Mamie Dessessaure White.

Minister White was a member of the Holy Temple Church of the Lord Jesus Christ Apostolic Faith for over thirty years, and was appointed into the ministry in 2015. He was the Presiding Minister of Holy Temple Church, Yemassee, South Carolina, where he served until the decline of health.

He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, receiving an honorable discharge after thirteen (13) years of military service.

To cherish memories are his children: Brandon L. White (LaToria) and Steven White, both of Charlotte, North Carolina; He was the much loved grandfather of Steven White, II, Sidney White and Gabrielle White and the cherished nephew of Mary White; He was the beloved brother of Patricia Lilly, Carol White German (deceased), Sarah White Gallashaw (deceased), Allen White, Jr. (Eunice) of Charleston, South Carolina, Anthony White of Houston, Texas, Bruce White of Kingsland, Georgia, Idella White Berry (Edwin) of Stone Mountain, Georgia, and Terrance White (Kathleen) of Warsaw, Virginia.
