     Mrs. Sadie Mae Grant, affectionately known as "Ma Sadie", or "Moo Ma", 75, of Hampton, South Carolina and the wife of Norris Grant for forty-four years, fell asleep in death after a brief illness on Thursday, January 25, 2018, with her family at her side.

      Sadie was born December 24, 1942 to the late Sylvester Mole, Sr. and Corine Lingard Mole in Hampton County, Hampton South Carolina.

     She was educated in the public school system of Hampton County, South Carolina. 

     Sadie’s deep love for Jehovah God motivated her to dedicate her life to doing Jehovah’s will and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses’ on July 3, 1993 at a Regional Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses  at Columbia Coliseum, Columbia, South Carolina.

     She attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Hampton, South Carolina.  She devoted her life for over 24 years teaching other people the Bible and how to better their lives through door to door witnessing. 

     She was a loving and wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, a great sister, a favorite aunt, and a wonderful friend.  Everyone who knew her loved her vibrate and witty personality.

     Sadie was preceded in death by her parents: Sylvester Mole Sr. and Corine L Mole; Her siblings: Roy Mole, Sylvester Mole, Jr., and Orie Mole.

     Her loss has caused a void in the lives of those she has left behind. 

    Her husband, Norris, cherished and loved her. She was his confidante and soul mate with an unbreakable bond.  She will be truly missed by him.

     She is survived by her husband, Norris Grant; Her son, Rodney (Gilda) Hayes of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; Her daughters: Daphne (Howard) Wallace of Hampton, South Carolina and Staphne (James, Jr.) Wing of Varnville, South Carolina; Six grandchildren: Christopher (Denise) Owens of Killeen Texas, Seth Kendrell (Amber) Owens of Port Wentworth Georgia, Alonzo Hayes of Ewa Beach Hawaii, Ryan Hayes of the Philippines, Blakely Wing of Varnville, South Carolina, and Quintis Wing of Beaufort, South Carolina; Six great grandchildren; One brother, Harry (Doris) Mole of Islandton, South Carolina; Two sisters: Christine Mole of Newburg, New York and Corine Mole of Hampton, South Carolina; Six sisters-in-law: Rena Mole and Virgie Joyner, both of Hampton, South Carolina, Dora Lingard and Lennis Grant, both of Varnville, South Carolina, Lennis L, Grant and Sharon Grant, both of Brooklyn, New York; One brother-in-law,  Marshall Grant (Nell) of Varnville, South Carolina; A very special niece, like a sister, Plandy Morris of Varnville, South Carolina; A host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
