The Obituary

Thomas Johnson, III was born in Hampton County, Hampton, South Carolina to the late Thomas Sr. and Evon Johnson on April 13, 1981. He was summoned from life on this earthly shore, Sunday, May 20, 2018 at his residence in Seabrook, South Carolina.

Thomas, affectionately known as “Man”, attended Wade Hampton High School, Varnville, South Carolina. He was considered the “Class Clown” and was known for his great sense of humor.    Throughout life, Thomas developed many hobbies, none more loved than his desire to cook. Man’s favorite dish was steak, and pork from the grill. He loved sports and cheered heartily for his favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles; and favorite basketball team, the Los Angeles Lakers.

Thomas was very friendly and gave to anyone who needed.  He was known to say of his giving “why not”.

Thomas Johnson, III was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memories two beautiful daughters: Dinasha Yvonne Reese (15 years old) and Ja'nae Evon Johnson (11 months old); His fiancé, Latasha Evans of Seabrook, South Carolina; His siblings: the oldest brother, Thomas Johnson Jr., of Cummings, South Carolina; the second oldest brother, Eddie (Renee) Russell of Miami, Florida; and only sister, Celestine Johnson of Varnville, South Carolina; His nieces: Latoya Robinson, and Jasmine Johnson; Grandniece, MaKayla Bowen; Other family members and friends.
